*Applications must be submitted at least 1 month prior to the event date.*
All requests will be reviewed by Administration to ensure that they include all required information and meet the criteria under the Donation and Sponsorship Policy MG.001.
All requests for donation from the Town must be made in writing and provide supporting details that the event is providing an economic or cultural/social benefit to the community and surrounding region.
A non-for-profit group must be sponsoring the event.
A detailed budget for the event must be provided with the application.
This application must be completed for reduced or waiver of fees for use of Town Facilities.
