*Applications must be submitted at least 1 month prior to the event date.*

All requests will be reviewed by Administration to ensure that they include all required information and meet the criteria under the Donation and Sponsorship Policy MG.001.

All requests for donation from the Town must be made in writing and provide supporting details that the event is providing an economic or cultural/social benefit to the community and surrounding region.

A non-for-profit group must be sponsoring the event.

A detailed budget for the event must be provided with the application.

This application must be completed for reduced or waiver of fees for use of Town Facilities.

Is the event licenced or unlicenced?
Has the organization ever received a donation or in-kind assistance from any other organization, individual or government agency?
Has the organization previously applied for and received donation/donation in-kind funding or support from the Town of Inuvik?
Has the organization ever been denied a request for funding or in-kind support from the Town of Inuvik?
Will any of the proceeds from the event, project or program being sponsored be donated to other local groups or organizations?
In order for the Town of Inuvik to process this application, you will be required to provide your organization's letter of incorporation (if applicable), budget and audited financial statements. Are you able to provide these documents?

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I/we agree to abide by and provide all necessary information required to process this application. This includes requested financial information. Misrepresentation or material omission may result in denial of request.
Once a date is confirmed, I/we will ensure that a representative is present at the Council meeting to answer questions or provide additional information.
I/we will provide public liability and all perils insurance coverage if required by the Town.
I/we agree to save harmless the Town from any claim, counter claim, damages or lawsuit arising from this event, project or program.
I/we agree to provide the Town with a follow-up report if requested.
